Terms and Conditions – De-Age Tech Refer-a-Friend Program

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") carefully before participating in the De-Age Tech Refer-a-Friend Program ("Program"). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions governing your participation in the Program and the benefits you may receive as a referrer or referred client. By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with this Agreement.

1. Program Overview:

   a. The De-Age Tech Refer-a-Friend Program allows customers ("Referrers") to refer individuals ("Referred Clients") to De-Age Tech and receive certain benefits.

   b. Referrers can refer up to twelve (12) Referred Clients per calendar year.

   c. For each successful referral, the Referrer will receive one (1) free session at De-Age Tech.

   d. The free session must be taken at the same time as the Referred Client's session.

2. Referral Process:

   a. To participate in the Program, Referrers must be existing customers of De-Age Tech.

   b. Referrers can refer Referred Clients by providing their contact information to De-Age Tech through the designated referral process, such as an online referral form or by directly contacting De-Age Tech.

   c. Referred Clients must be new customers to De-Age Tech and must schedule and attend a paid session with De-Age Tech.

   d. Referred Clients must provide the name of the Referrer during their initial contact with De-Age Tech.

3. Eligibility:

   a. Referrers must be at least 18 years old and reside in the eligible geographic area where De-Age Tech operates.

   b. Referred Clients must be at least 18 years old and meet De-Age Tech's eligibility criteria for receiving services.

4. Benefits and Redemption:

   a. Upon successful referral, the Referrer will be eligible for one (1) free session at De-Age Tech.

   b. The free session must be scheduled and taken at the same time as the Referred Client's session.

   c. The free session cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with any other offers or discounts.

   d. The free session is subject to availability, and De-Age Tech reserves the right to modify or substitute the free session with a similar alternative.

5. Program Limitations:

   a. Referrers are limited to referring up to twelve (12) Referred Clients per calendar year.

   b. De-Age Tech reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time, without prior notice, at its sole discretion.

   c. De-Age Tech may disqualify Referrers or Referred Clients from participating in the Program if they violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in fraudulent or unethical behavior.

6. Privacy:

   a. De-Age Tech will collect and use personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By participating in the Program, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Modifications:

   a. De-Age Tech reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the modified Agreement on De-Age Tech's website or by other means of communication.

8. Governing Law:

   a. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

By participating in the De-Age Tech Refer-a-Friend Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
