Terms and Conditions for De-Age Tech

Effective Date: Monday May 22nd 2023

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the services provided by De-Age Tech ("Company") to its clients. By availing yourself of the services provided by the Company, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Acceptance of terms:

   1.1. By accessing or using the services provided by De-Age Tech, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you must not use the services provided by De-Age Tech

   1.2. Amendments: The Company reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review the most current version of these Terms and Conditions regularly.

2. Canadian Government Policies against Discrimination:

   2.1. The Company operates in accordance with Canadian government policies and laws regarding discrimination.

   2.2. De-Age Tech adheres to the Canadian government policies against discrimination. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic. We are committed to providing equal opportunities and treatment to all individuals

3. Appointment Booking:

  3.1 All appointments must be booked either online through our website or over the phone. We do not accept walk-in clients.

  3.2 To schedule an appointment, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your name, contact details, and any other requested information.

  3.3 By scheduling an appointment, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and are at least 18 years old.

4. Appointment Availability:

  4.1 In-person appointments are available on Mondays and Fridays only, between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.

  4.2 While we strive to accommodate your preferred appointment time, availability is subject to change and is not guaranteed.

  4.3 We reserve the right to modify or cancel an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to staff availability, emergencies, or technical issues. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the appointment at a mutually convenient time.

5. Appointment Confirmation:

  5.1 Upon successful scheduling of an appointment, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS message containing the appointment details, including the date, time, and location.

   5.2 All bookings made with De-Age Tech are non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed and payment is received, no refunds will be provided. This policy applies to all services offered by De-Age Tech, including but not limited to consultations, treatments, and workshops.  

  5.3 It is your responsibility to review the appointment details and notify us immediately of any discrepancies or changes required.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

  6.1 If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance.There will be a forfeiture of any advance payment made.

  6.2 To cancel or reschedule, please contact us via the same method used to book the appointment, either online or over the phone.

  6.3 We reserve the right to refuse future appointments to clients who repeatedly cancel or reschedule without providing sufficient notice.

7. Late Arrival:

  7.1 Please arrive promptly for your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the appointment, and you may be subject to a cancellation fee.

8. Fees and Payment:

  8.1 The fees for our in-person appointments are clearly stated on our website or will be provided to you over the phone. These fees are subject to change without prior notice.

  8.2 Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. Accepted payment methods will be communicated to you during the booking process.

9. Device Malfunctions and Repairs:

   9.1. De-Age Tech does not specialize in device repairs and does not offer repair services.

   9.2. De-Age Tech provides services for de-aging technology and does not specialize in repairs. While we strive to deliver high-quality services, we cannot be held responsible or blamed for any malfunctioning devices. We recommend contacting the manufacturer or authorized repair centers for any device repair issues.

   9.3. De-Age Tech shall not be held responsible or liable for any malfunctioning of devices brought in for service or consultation.

10. Brand and Service Provider Association:

   10.1. De-Age Tech is an independent entity and is not associated with any device brands or service providers. We do not endorse or make any recommendations regarding specific brands or service providers. Any information or guidance provided by De-Age Tech is solely for educational purposes and should not be construed as an endorsement.

11. Tracking of Missing Devices:

   11.1. De-Age Tech offers assistance in teaching clients how to track their phones in case of loss. However, we cannot guarantee the retrieval of a missing device, and we shall not be held responsible or liable for the recovery or loss of any missing device.

12. Consultation Details:

a. Phone consultations provided by De-Age Tech are free of charge.

b. The duration of each consultation is 15 minutes.

c. Consultations are scheduled based on availability and confirmation by the Company.

Appointment Scheduling:

a. To schedule a phone consultation, you must have received a confirmation from the Company.

b. Consultation times are available from Monday to Friday between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM (local time).

Communication Process:

a. The Company will initiate the phone call to the phone number provided by you at the agreed consultation time.

b. The Company will attempt to call you twice at the scheduled time. If the call goes unanswered or if we are unable to reach you, your appointment will be cancelled.

c. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are available and reachable during the agreed consultation time.

Rescheduling and Cancellation:

a. If your appointment is cancelled due to the Company's inability to reach you, you are welcome to rebook for a future consultation.

b. To reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact the Company at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled consultation time.

Confidentiality:

a. Any information shared during the phone consultation is confidential and will be handled in accordance with the Company's privacy policy.

13. Phone Ethics and Conduct:

  13.1. All callers must conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner when interacting with De-Age Tech employees.

  13.2. Rude, aggressive, or abusive behavior towards our employees will not be tolerated.

  13.3. De-Age Tech reserves the right to disconnect calls and block future services for callers engaging in rude or aggressive behavior.

14. Call Recording:

  14.1. De-Age Tech may record phone calls for training and quality assurance purposes.

  14.2. By using our Services, callers acknowledge and consent to the recording of their calls.

  14.3. De-Age Tech complies with Canada's one-party consent law, which allows recording of phone calls with the consent of at least one party involved.

15. Intellectual Property:

   15.1. All intellectual property rights related to De-Age Tech's services, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, content, and software, are the property of De-Age Tech and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.

16. Termination:

  16.1. De-Age Tech reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our Services without prior notice if any user violates these Terms.

  16.2. De-Age Tech may also terminate or suspend access to our Services for any reason, including but not limited to system maintenance or upgrades.
